We took a walk around town and, as you can see, stirred up quite a crowd! I felt like a movie star. Everyone was so curious and there was no personal space! Thank goodness we had the Chinese card that explained what we were doing.The older women kept pulling her fingers out of her mouth but she sucks on them on all of the time. They did not approve.

The last picture is our official adoption picture. She is officially our daughter now! Our guide is taking us out to celebrate with a special dinner.

Anonymous said...: Diaper time is very important in the Keller family. Oh my gosh she is adorable. I bet she has been trying on all her new outfits. I stopped by to see your parents last night so we could talk about everything all over again. We laughed about her being in your bed and Don being kicked out for sure. It already happened! Too funny. Mer wants to know if you guys have seen any pandas. Your stories about people coming up to you really takes me back. I had older women in Japan try to cover Mer up with a cloth they had because they thought she wasn't warm enough and also people would come up to us all the time on the trains and hold her. Luckily she was so easy going and so was I! It was typically always older women so I wasn't so freaked out and knew they were enjoying her like us too. Enjoy every second of this experience.
